Set for an Encore Act Date:   Tuesday , August 01, 2006 Exuding energy, one can sense the assurance resonating in Manisha’s voice as she takes over as country manager of SanDisk Corporation, India and SAARC. “I am confident of an encore performance,” she says after a successful stint with Kodak India Ltd for ten years. A graduate in Chemistry and a Diploma in Computer Science from IITC, Mumbai, she will be responsible for promoting SanDisk products to the Indian sub-continent. “In my 18 years of experience I have learnt that unforeseen events can un-stabilize you,” she says, citing the importance of supporting subordinates and colleagues in a work environment. Allocating priority to honoring commitments towards work as the secret of her success, Manisha worked for Kodak India Ltd. as general manager and Modi Olivetti Ltd. as business manager of banking products before joining SanDisk. She enjoys cooking and reading and is currently catching up on “Winners don’t speak” by John Hudson.
