Envisioning a huge opportunity in the software testing space, STC was started in 2000. We have our own expertise which we created within a decade experience and it is backed up by people who are out in the industry with our own certification,” says Thirumal Raj, Chief Executive Officer. The company with its 15 centers in India caters to trainings of all the levels of testing programs, which is specifically into testing certifications. We have our own branded portfolio certifications called as CSTP stands for Certified Software Test Professionals and Certified Automation Test Engineer (CATe). The programme allows the candidate to learn about the advance level of testing programmes in India and this is endorsed and supported by many of large MNCs in Indian market. Raj felt that just grooming the right talent is not enough to leverage the whole ecosystem. Aiming to solve this, he envisioned to have two pronged business under one umbrella of STC Technologies- STCThird Eye, an Independent Software Testing Company and STC V-Serve, a Recruitment Consulting company focused on the growing needs of recruiting IT professionals specialized in software testing domain. Followed by a favourable response, the company is also into pre-employment training partnership programme. The objective is to source, identify right people for a corporate and give them the training based on the corporate requirement and place them in the right companies. “We are promoting as a training certification programme where in it as an assured skill for job placement in our clients place,” says Raj. With this pre-employment model, the company has tied up with large MNCs and have already done 400 placements. Based in Chennai, STCThird Eye has a pan India presence and all the partners are based in UK, U.S. and Europe in terms of project. As independent software testing company STC ThirdEye has been providing mission-critical software testing services to fortune clients, globally. The company specialized on verticals like retail, banking, finance, insurance, heatlthcare, telecom, embedded systems, and software gaming is having a very positive response. “Flexible delivery and process transparency are the cornerstones of ThirdEye’s service,” says Raj. The company works on onsite, offshore, and combination of onsite-offshore model. With its 82 clients, the company is in a hockey stick growth. STC is planning to expand now in North America and Australia with maximum traction coming from BFSI, ERP and software gaming market.
