Services/Products Apart from the standard based high-performance and high-availability IT Infrastructure, BNA specializes in design and delivery of Performance Tuned IT Infrastructure for specialized verticals such as IP Surveillance, IP based Audio/broadcast Networking, IP based Digital entertainment Solutions, IP based Industrial Communication Systems. Some of the past implementations done by BNA include- (1) Commonwealth Games Broadcast Audio Network consisted of an IT infrastructure spread across 24 stadiums and the central data centre with a performance level of 99.999 availability of the underlying services (audio-delivery over IP) - not just network up-time. The company delivered availability levels surpassing all expectations. This was the first implementation of IP Based Broadcast audio in any major games village across the world. (2) BNA has also managed to meet the performance expectations of the client where the available WAN infrastructure in the region is not reliable at all. In the Mass Information Collaboration System, designed and deployed by them in Meghalaya, they are forced to use the only available statewide telecom service provider in the North-East region, which faces major challenges in providing high level of availability due to multiple issues. In spite of such challenges, BNA has managed to provide near 90 percent service levels in delivery of the services across the state using multiple options like broad-band, GPRS, WIMAX and RF and by fine-tuning the application to use a variety of options like live-streaming, store-and-forward and file-transfer to get the information across and make deliveries at designated time.
