Dealandyou.com Raises Rs. 85 Crore in Series B Funding Date:   Tuesday , November 29, 2011 dealsandyou.com, a Gurgaon-based group buying portal has raised around Rs. 85 crore in series B round of funding from Mayflied Fund and Norwest Venture Partners. Nokia Growth Partners and Intel Capital also took part in this funding round. The company plans to use the funding to become a more aggressive player in the e-commerce space, and would invest the amount in four strategic areas, namely technology, infrastructure, talent, and branding. dealsandyou.com was founded by Harish Bahl, Tarun Sobhani, and Sampad Swain in 2010. Bahl is the Chairman of the company and is well known as a serial entrepreneur who has laid the foundation for Smile Group, HealthPA, and Creons Advertising. Sobhani, a veteran in the media sales and marketing arena is the Director of the company. “We at dealsandyou.com are pleased with the venture community’s continued confidence in our team’s ability.
