Before joining BlueFin, Mihir was a member of the executive leadership team at Brocade, where he was the Managing Director and VP of Corporate Development & Strategy. Prior to Brocade, Mihir held senior level roles in Corporate Development, Finance, and Sales at IBM. Prior to IBM, Mihir spent the early part of his career in investment banking and private equity.

Prior to founding BlueFin, Rishi was Head of BNY Mellon\'s technology center iNautix Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. at Pune.
