PG: My role involves leading Mobile Application Development (MAD) team, developing new concepts or ideas for mobile applications, providing solutions for products and services. ST: What do you like about your job? RY: My work demands innovative thinking and I can execute my ideas and convert them to applications. I am happy to say that our VAS applications are bridging gap between the end user and the operators. ST: What do you find challenging about your job? RY: The growing VAS Industry requirements make my job more challenging and boost my Innovative spirit and confidence to provide more unique solutions. Developing applications to bring structural changes in mobile lifestyle is a real challenge in today’s scenario. ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? RY: I always work with enthusiasm and pro-active spirit that gets me going. My team, working environment, management support are definitely a surplus for me which makes my job easier and boosts my performance. ST: What are your hobbies? RY: Painting, photography, music and reading articles on VAS/mobile industry.
