RL: To perform a comprehensive Verification (Was the product build right?) and Validation (Was the right product built?) on products. ST: What do you like about your job? RL: It requires me to put myself in the position of a technical person to understand the module level and implementation level details to do white box-black box testing. Also, I have to put myself in place of the customer / end user and do acceptance testing. ST: What do you find challenging about your job? RL: General challenges involved in my job profile are to understand customer requirement as is, being agile in testing, managing the deadlines without any compromise in the product quality. ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? RL: Using tools like Selenium for functional testing, QEngine for Performance testing, JMeter, Pearl, Ruby on Rails etc. for scripting helps me not to repeat similar patterned tasks and buys me more time for other items. ST: What are your hobbies? RL:Contributing in QA forums, reading books, cooking.
