Concur Technologies, Inc. is a provider of business services and software solutions that automate corporate expense management solutions.

Concur reported revenue for the first quarter of fiscal 2006 of $19.3 million, which was driven by 26 percent year-over-year growth in subscription revenue. Total revenue for the quarter was up 18 percent from the corresponding quarter last year. Fiscal 2006 first quarter net income was $0.6 million, or $0.02 per share, which was $0.04 per share higher than the company expected. This compares to net income of $0.5 million, or $0.01 per share, in the corresponding quarter last year.

“Our business and market momentum continues to be strong as revenue and earnings were once again ahead of our expectations,” said Steve Singh, chairman and chief executive officer. “As we chart our course for the next several years, our objective is to drive even faster growth. To that end, we expect to continue to invest against our core initiatives around distribution, service and operational excellence, and new services.

Moving forward, we expect to deliver additional services as we continue to set the pace of innovation in the CEM market.”

Rolta India Limited

Mumbai based Rolta India Limited, provides software/information technology based engineering and geospatial solutions and services to customers across the world and has executed projects in more than 35 countries.

For the quarter ended December 2005, Rolta’s income was $25 million compared to $19.26 million while net profit was $8.01 million as against $5.95 million in the corresponding quarter in 2004.

Rolta enjoys more than 70 percent share of the GeoSpatial market (in applications like Photogrammetric Mapping, Aerial Triangulation, Digital Terrain Modeling, Orthophoto creation, Image Interpretation) in India.

Having recognized Rolta as the leader in GeoSpatial Technology in the country, the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India has signed an agreement with the company to set up a planetarium and museum, showcasing this technology.

This agreement is also a platform for Rolta to partner with Survey of India (SOI) to provide value added digital map data (like large-scale urban mapping, to be used by the telecom sector and other utilities). This will enable Rolta to provide specialized services towards building the nation’s infrastructure.
