PV: My responsibilities include IT risk management, security, and compliance of Unisys’ infrastructure across multiple locations in the world. ST: What do you like about your job? PV: I enjoy the challenges that my job offers and the opportunity to grow within the organization as well as the chance to interact with my colleagues both in India and abroad. The excellent work-life balance that is made possible by flexible timings and the option to telecommute is also a huge plus. ST: What do you find challenging about your job? PV: I need to be constantly alert so as to stave off the ever-increasing threat vectors in the computing field and I have to be a step ahead to mitigate any risks. ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? PV: My willingness to learn coupled with knowledge sharing, multitasking, and a membership in security related organizations like ISC2 and DSCI enable me to keep abreast of the latest trends in the industry and thus make my job easier. ST: What are your hobbies? PV: I enjoy blogging, traveling, photography, and quiz that challenge the mind.
