"I want to make sure that whatever is planned and strategized is also executed effectively by the team," says a focused Premlesh Machama, who has recently donned the role of Vice President of India Business at Buzzintown. He is responsible to look after the overall business development and product strategy of the company.

Prior to joining Buzzintown, Machama worked with Sify.com as Head Ad Sales. He has also worked with TBSL (Times Business Solutions), heading sales for Simplymarry.com, Dainik Bhaskar group, responsible for branding and marketing of Divya and Dainik Bhaskar, Getit & India Database heading the online sales, and Reed Elsevier.

Machama believes that the team building, training, and execution strategy of work are the significant factors for his successful career. He also opines that a leader should have the ability of identifying the right people for the right role and nurturing them, and also have a clear roadmap for success. Holding on to his convictions, Machama advises the upcoming techies to have a clear vision and then map those goals with the current realities.

Apart from work, Machama enjoys listening to Indian music, especially ghazals, reading newspapers, and watching business channels. He holds an executive MBA degree from Institute of Business Studies, Mumbai.
