Amdocs Opens New Software and Services Center Date:   Tuesday , July 01, 2008 Amdocs, a provider of customer experience systems, has launched a new company facility in Gurgaon. The center will be charged with deployment of Amdocs systems, delivery of consulting and managed services projects to customers, product development, and customer support activities. Amdocs' employee count in India has grown from zero to 3,500 people, which is 20 percent of its global workforce; and now the company has additional locations in Mumbai and Pune. Amdocs has business partnerships with service providers worldwide, including VSNL and Reliance Communications in India. In the first six months of fiscal 2008 Amdocs has publicly announced 21 customer wins and deployments.
