BS: I contribute for software suite that goes with our WiMAX solutions. ST: What do you like about your job? BS: I get to work on multiple platforms, having a conducive atmosphere where we collaborate across teams to make products/features happen ASAP. ST: What do you find challenging about your job? BS: Interdisciplinary nature of software, how you would design software that is extensible, elegant and solves the problem in hand effectively. ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? BS: Collaborative work culture. Working on demanding schedules and multitasking has its joy and rewards. ST: What are your hobbies? PG: Reading (predominantly technical books, articles, web and blogs), audio books, podcasts, music and last but not least Dilbert strips.
