“The adaptability to the ever changing needs of an organization and the passion for reaching out to potential opportunities with proactiveness are the key factors behind my successful career,” asserts Gayatri Dhawan who is recently appointed as the Manager - Technical Partner Support for the Harmony Series of Customer Data Quality Products at Mastersoft. In this role, she is responsible for managing support services for customer information management technical solutions.

Describing her current role Gayatri says, “Customer data in India is unique, complex, and varied and we will build expert systems and reasoning engines that can be applied to customer data quality issues in context.” Gayatri joined Mastersoft in 2007 as a Product Support Manager. Prior to joining Mastersoft, Gayatri worked as a technical consultant with organizations in the banking, finance, insurance, and supply chain space in Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Gayatri believes that a leader should take the onus of empowering his or her team members to reach the desired goal. His or her leadership mantra should be ‘empower and be empowered’. He advises the young technology professionals to update their knowledge on the technology which they are using.

Apart from work, Gayatri enjoys jogging on the beach, bushwalk, and cooking. She holds a B.Sc. honors degree from Delhi University and a master’s degree in psychology from the Himachal Pradesh University.
