GK: I am working as part of a team, which tests Applications end-to–end. ST: What do you like about your job? GK: Finding bugs and, more importantly, the mistakes of others. ST: What do you find challenging about your job? GK: Keeping a cool head when dealing with different kinds of people across hierarchies and geographies and pointing out their mistakes without hurting them. Timely delivery of the promised work is another challenge. ST: What have you found that makes your job easier? GK: Proper communication, smart thinking, domain knowledge, and usage of automated tools for testing. ST: What are your hobbies? GK: Reading, listening to music, participating in debates and cooking.
