I am proud of Nispana and the way it has shaped up today, we started off with 5 employees with a vision of making it happen and making it big with very big ideas. Nispana was formed by a group of five people in 2010 April at a small office in KR Puram, Bangalore . In a matter of an year we grew to a 10 people team , including the management . in this one year we saw a lots of ups and downs due to limited man force , funding but we still managed to execute 3 successful conferences in diversified sectors like corporate security , sustainability in construction and Triz in Innovation . we didn’t have access to a lot of things we had limited budgets , people , infrastructure but one thing we didn’t lack was dedication and passion towards taking Nispana to the next level ,while all this was happening we also identified few weak links and strong links in the company out which we could see a shinning bright star who made the utmost contribution towards making Nispana a global entity which is Mr. Narendra Kumar , the current CEO ,Managing director of Nispana. Till 2012 it was a rough patch for Nispana we struggled but we executed a dozen of event s all across India .By the mid of 2013 things started changing , we had finally sailed across the rough sea and was getting close to the shore , venturing into the Middle East was a game changer for Nispana, we started with Waste Management Oman and since then never looked back.
As and when time passed Nispana started growing into a more channelized and employee friendly place with an experience of conferences all across India , Middle East & Africa.
