ABV Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management: The Golden Path to Knowledge

Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (ABV-IIITM), Gwalior, was established in 1997. The institute has been ranked 22nd in the Management category of National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) rankings, published by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. Established as a part of the IIITs, the institute gained the status of National Importance very soon. This AICTE approved institute proffers expertise in General MBA with various specializations (five-year integrated courses) and especially devotes time to a 12-week training program for professionals for industry relevant knowledge of IT and ITES. Additionally, management development programs such as IT enabled marketing, ERP implementation of CRM and stress management are also implemented for a diverse professional growth. While companies like Amazon, Belzabar, Click Labs and others have takers for their high paying jobs, the alumni is also decorated with entrepreneurs.

The Wi-Fi enabled institute campus is spread over 160 acres at the foothills of the Gwalior Fort and is equipped with three storey central library comprising of 80, 000 books. ABV-IIITM is a keen participant in peer-to-peer learning practice, social activities and organization of annual HR Summit through its student forum �Abhigyan Abhkaushalam�. The curriculum is flexible in nature and involves international internships. This has been possible after the institute�s association with Institute of Quantum Information Science, University of Calgary, National University, Korea, Mc Master University, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, Institute of Information Technology, Ottawa, Canada, and University of Montreal, Canada.
