ST: What is your job there?
AS: On a day to day basis my job includes a variety of responsibilities starting from understanding and challenging business in their work, their needs with the IT systems we build, converting business needs into IT solutions, development and testing of the IT solutions.
ST: What do you like about your job?
AS: The most interesting and at the same time challenging part of my work is to understand and translate business needs into an IT solution which is acceptable to all.
