Taking a detour from his high profiled post at Intel Capital India, Dr Kumar Shiralagi has joined hands with Vinod Dham on the latter’s venture capital firm NEA-IndoUS Ventures. He joins the board as General Partner of the VC firm based out of India and the US.

The 14-year experienced veteran in technology investments and Senior Member of IEEE carries along with him credentials of the successes he achieved while Country Director at Intel Capital. Responsible for Intel’s India investment strategy in the fields of area of computing, communications and market development, he tailored various successful ventures in the Indian IT field.
In his new role as General Partner of NEA-IndoUS Ventures, Shirlagi will lead all the investments in India. He will hold the reigns to make and manage strategic equity investments in early and mid-stage companies in the Information Technology and BPO/ KPO companies in Indian and Indo-US corridor.
A joint collaboration between Dham and Vani Kola, NEA – IndoUS Ventures is focused on early-stage investment and nurturing entrepreneurs to build significant businesses.
