Reflexis Systems raises $28.4 Million in new round of Funding

In a new round of funding, the Massachusetts based Reflexis Systems, Inc, a provider of workforce management/task execution solutions raises $28.4 million in PE funding. Founded in 2001, the company plays in the space of workforce management/task execution solutions that enable retailers to execute their strategy flawlessly and uncover profit.

The privately held Reflexis is headed by Prashanth Palakurthi and has offices in UK, Netherlands and India along with the U.S. with over 200 employees contributing to the success of the company and more than 125 customers globally. Reflexis' clientele includes The Home Depot, Metro AG, Tesco plc, Sears Holdings, Staples, Circuit City, AutoZone and many others.

Reflexis helps retailers turn strategy into action and increase sales. Its solutions enable retailers to drive excellence in their corporate, store and vendor operations by employees, suppliers and third party service providers. Through Reflexis solutions, customers have reported dramatic improvements in store-level compliance with corporate strategies, higher productivity of merchandising, field & store management, and increased sales and profitability. The company has been rated above all other workforce management software companies by the retailers for the eight year in a row.

In 2007 Reflexis acquired Enfotrust Networks, a provider of vendor performance management and learning solutions for merchandisers, retailers and manufacturers to enable flawless execution of retail strategy by in-store employees as well as suppliers and third-party service providers.
