The software testing market is growing both in size and complexity. Testing functionality is no longer a big need but dealing with the newer complexities of production environments is. “Many large organizations have evolved organically or inorganically over a long period. Their quality measures and processes have evolved but without control. For example, product companies have different product groups and different processes and tooling. Management of these organizations face challenges in getting right the organizational views impacting ROI, productivity and time to market. Mere Quality Testing will not address the issue. Quality Engineering, which includes quality maturity assessment, R&D, right tooling and integration of these tools combined with testing, is becoming critical,” explains Anuradha.
