fashionandyou.com, an online fashion and lifestyle e-commerce brand based out of Gurgaon, raises around Rs. 200 crore in Series C funding. The funding round was led by NorWest Venture Partners and Intel Capitals. Sequoia Capital India and Nokia Growth Partners also participated in this round of funding. The company will use the funding for its growth initiatives, including acquisitions, starting new business categories, as well as accelerating its growth in existing categories and geographies.

fashionandyou.com is owned by Smile Group Venture and Goldsquare Sales India and was launched in January, 2010. It is a by invitation-only private sales club, which partners with high fashion and luxury brands across fashion apparel, designer wear, accessories, footwear, watches, jewellery, fragrances, kids, and home décor. The company employs more than 450 people spread across offices and distribution centers in Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bangalore.
