Berkeley Design Automation provides precision circuit analysis tools that are used to solve analog/RF verification problems that include layout simulation, variation, noise, and RF analyses, package and transmission line effects, and so on. Early this month Berkeley Design Automation delivered industry’s first true SPICE accurate simulator for >1M transistor circuits. Founded in 2003 by Amit Mehrotra, the company received the 2006 Red Herring 100 North America Award in a short period.
