The Smart Techie Job Fair attracts experienced IT Pool

The participating companies included MindTree, IBM, Ciena, Esko Artwork, Marlabs, MetricStream, SOA Matrix, and Starent Networks. Most of the companies conducted interviews and tests, short listed candidates, and made offerings on the spot, while Marlabs encouraged the short-listed candidates with the goodies.
The uninterepted flow of many candidates with more than four years of experience created interest among many companies like MindTree, Esko Networks, and Ciena to recruit in The SmartTechie’s upcoming job fair. Moreover, it helped the attendees to adventure about the new arenas available in the industry. “I was not aware of some of the established companies who were the recruiters of this job fair. The event has really helped me update myself, ” says Shaktivel, a five year experienced professional.
“This job fair is happening on the right time since many candidates are in the search, owing to the retrenchment exercise that most of the IT companies have been undergoing,” said a Senior HR Executive at the job fair.
Witnessing the interest among the candidates and the recruiters, The Smart Techie will be conducting a job fair on June 28th too.
