Buying a property in India is not only difficult but also a complex procedure. It is multifaceted and a common man sitting miles away, trying to make a suitable investment, finds challenging. Tanuj Shori and Kanika Gupta, two NRI investors faced similar issues when they started investing in the Indian real estate market. Within a year of its inception Square Yards has become the single largest player in selling of residential homes in multiple cities in India and international market alike.

Finding the right kind of people is a challenge in every industry. Luckily, we were able to find the perfect mix of success driven, self-motivated and people loving team. After all, we are not just selling properties. We are building relationships," says Tanuj. He further adds that training becomes a very important part at Square Yards.
