Sony ’s new interchangeable lens digital cameras

Sony launched its new Alpha NEX cameras series in India, the Alpha NEX-5K and NEX-3K. The primary feature of this series is their interchangeable lenses. The cameras come with 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 OSS Kit lens, two other lenses presently available are a 16mm F2.8 and a 18-200mm F3.5-6.3 OSS. These 14.2 megapixel cameras are equipped with Background De-focus function, HD movie recording, 7 frames per second High Speed shooting and 3D Sweep Panorama. The cameras also have Intelligent Auto Focus and Direct manual Focus. NEX 3-K is capable of 720p HD movie recording while NEX-5 features 1080i full HD movie recording. They have three inch wide tiltable LCD monitor which can be angled 80 degree upward or 45 degree downward. A 4GB memory card and three year warranty is included with the Cameras.
