Bangalore based Scalene Works, talent acquisitions solutions provider unveiled its ReSOLUTE, a user friendly recruitment automation software built by recruiters for recruiters. The product is specially built to help companies re-engineer their processes to achieve a unique lean recruitment model. ReSOLUTE is built on the latest .NET 4.0 platforms that use technologies such as Silverlight which could integrate with existing HRIS systems. The product comes in four editions affordable to both startups as well as large corporations.

The key features of ReSOLUTE are Hiring Plan (plans and measures recruitment performance); alerts; job site integration (integrate and capture essential details of a candidate); MS Outlook integration; contracts and billing; interview management; email parsing (Auto/Manually parse resumes from MS Outlook into ReSOLUTE); dashboard (view metrices like fulfillment ratio, no show ratio, offer-join ratio and more.

The product was launched at its first summit on recruitment in association with ERA (Executive Recruiter Assoeciation) joined by Puneet Jetli, Co-CEO of IT Services at Happiest Minds, Suman A.M, Manager of HR Service Architecture team at Accenture and Ramesh Soundarajan, VP Business and Corporate HR in Sasken communications.
