This company Ramyam Intelligence Lab was established in 2009, headquartered at Kasturba Road, Bangalore, Karnataka. The idea of enhancing the customer service is the core objective behind the company's origin.Customer's disappointing experience is an issue for every business, so our innovative product enliven CEM for Customer Experience Management(CEM) originated to measure and enhance the customer experience. The product improves customer experience by creating customer association and customer profiling. This provides a three dimensional view of our customers' needs, demands, issues and provides actionable intelligence, which helps to create targeted services.
What inspired you to conceptualize the company?
Our understanding that CEM can act as a key differentiator for enterprises and that the same is an under explored domain, the company delved deep to build product and solutions in CEM area.
What was the original vision?
We prioritise customers top in our list and we found CEM as a goldmine revolving around our set priority, which moved us towards our vision of understanding them and provide CEM solutions to enterprises through our product.

1:Excellent Stuff. It is very critical to gauge customers and in the current world it is difficult to identify homogeneous groups and tag their preferences. CEM is the way to go...
