An ace chess and badminton player, Kibambi Sheshadri, loves reading especially management literature in particular. He has recently taken over as the Head of Enterprise Testing Services, Marlabs. Sheshadri will be responsible for the setting up of the global Independent Verification and Validation (IV & V) practice including take lead in strategizing, building and growing the practice. He had been with Sumtotal systems prior to this but is looking forward to the opportunities to innovate as well as resources for execution at Marlabs. Although he aspired to be a doctor he ended up joining the IT industry and has an experience of over 17 years. He has a master’s degree in Management from the S.V University, Tirupati and IIT Kanpur and is a Rational Certified Product Specialist. He says that the key to success is by keeping the customers happy and catering to their needs.
