Rajalakshmi brings with her an experience of over 13 years and during her career she has been associated with some of the renowned IT companies like SumTotal Systems and Edutech Informatics. Prior to her current role with Pegasystems, Rajalakshmi was working with SumTotal Systems since 2002. She was heading the human resources team and was responsible for the overall functions of HR. She will also be an active member of Pegasystems India’s Corporate Social Responsibility Group.
As a person easy to interact with, Rajalakshmi enjoys being surrounded by people. She believes in setting high standards for herself and the people around her. Being up front, transparent, and being able to motivate and lead a team are her strengths. She advises young techies that it is extremely important for them to understand their talent and choose the right work environment that can add tremendous value to their experience.
Apart from work, Rajalakshmi loves spending time with family. She holds a masters degree in business administration and is also pursuing a law degree.
