Prasanjeeth Khuntia aspires to stick on and contribute to telecommunication field. Khuntia, who has been appointed as Country Manager of Tellabs India, will oversee the organization’s strategy and growth in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

A combination of his experience with Cisco, an intimate knowledge of Tellabs, and above all a steady perseverance have been the key to his success, he opines.

Incidentally, Khuntia, a movie buff, joined Tellabs as a sales manager in 1998 and believes that current trends in the telecom space should have happened five years back. He loves to spend time with his family, and believes that acquiring an MBA from the IIM Calcutta changed the course of his career for the better. According to him, to be a smart techie, one should think big and work towards the target.
