Prior to this role, Geetika was responsible for C&W Worldwide’s business development portfolio in the UK. Before joining C&W Worldwide, Geetika held senior positions at British Telecom and Tata Group in India. She attributes her successful career to the simple mantra - “Believing in yourself, having the attitude to constantly learn and excel, and a drive for excellence with intrinsic passion.”
An extremely energetic and positive thinking person with a passion for working with people, Geetika also believes that a leader should empower the team with the right kind of confidence for the work and should also inspire them to think smart and work hard. She believes that for a leader it is all about teamwork. Holding on to her convictions, Geetika also advises the young technology professionals to develop an attitude to think out-of-the-box besides updating themselves on the technology they work on.
Geetika has an MBA from the International Management Institute, Delhi and has done her graduation in International Management and Business Economics (BA Honours) from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University.
