A senior executive experienced in leading Human Resources Operations in the US, India, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific regions, Milind Jadhav strongly believes in Apolo Anton Oho’s saying, “If I have given my all and still do not win, I haven’t lost. Others might remember winning or losing, I remember the journey.” Appointed as the Chief People Officer at GlobalLogic, Jadhav affirms that desire to learn and to make significant changes in life crafts a successful career.

In his new role, he will be responsible to advance the company’s leadership in outsourced product development. Jadhav considers, “The cutting edge work here will challenge the best resources, giving them a well-rounded experience and preparing them for leadership positions at a much faster pace.” Jadhav’s earlier associations include the blue chip companies in the IT services, Aviation, and Manufacturing industry segments such as Patni Computer Systems, Zensar Technologies, Mascot Systems (now iGATE), Emirates Airlines, Kalyani Group, and Suzlon Energy.

Jadhav adds that his days at multinational companies (MNCs) gave him a global exposure and taught him to deal with ‘multiple national personalities’. He learnt the way to work with people, for people, and about people. He asserts that a leader should be flexible, setting the right directions for his co-workers and subordinates; and would also give freedom to people to work, rather than ‘micro-managing’ the employees. He attributes his success to an unflinching commitment to learn and make a significant change. Holding on to his convictions, Jadhav advises the young techies to develop the ability to understand the business and participate in the business.

A great lover of music, Jadhav also enjoys gardening.
