Department of Management Studies (DMS) was established in Delhi in 1993 with affiliation to IIT Delhi. The institute currently runs a two-year full-time MBA programme with focus on Management Systems, a two-year full-time MBA with focus on Telecommunication Systems Management under the aegis of Bharti School of Telecom Technology Management, and Executive MBA, a three-year part-time MBA programme with focus on Technology Management. It also offers Doctoral programs in management. The core department faculty of 17 has published over five dozen books and over 1000 papers in various journals and conference volumes.

The cut off required for admission is 98.2 percentile in CAT and an aggregate of 66 percent. Tuition fee is Rs.8,00,000 for the entire MBA Full Time Programme. Several high profile industries like Nestle, Coca-Cola, Flipkart, Maersk Line, ITC Limited, Rickitt Benckiser, Google, National Instruments, HSBC, Honeywell, J.P Morgan amongst others visit the institute campus with offers of average annual package of Rs.13, 27,000 and highest package of Rs.21, 87,000.

The wide expanse campus of 320 acres is Wi-Fi enabled and provides ample space for a central library well stocked with 300,000 books, sports grounds, auditoriums and various other recreational facilities. DMS has established national and international alliance with Modi Corp, IBM India, ENPC France, MacMillan India, University of Paris, Pantheon-Sorbonne, Paris, Center for Public Sector Enterprise, Slovenia and many more. The campus is startup friendly with an active entrepreneurship cell and witnesses several cultural clubs and management conclaves as a part of student activities.
