Gargi Sinha
Shobana began her journey with the company since its incorporation and has been very instrumental in the development of the organization. In this period of 10 years, she showcased her proficiency in both strategic and operational role and was Vice President – Finance and Accounts before being promoted to her new role. Prior to joining TAKE Solutions, Shobana worked with Sembcorp Logistics. She has also had a brief stint with Shriram Group – Transportation Division.
An extremely energetic and positive thinking person with a passion for working with people, Shobana attributes her successful career to the simple mantras of teamwork, focus, and perseverance that have helped her sail through in times of challenges. She also believes that for a leader it is all about aligning corporate goals to individual goals as much as possible.
Apart from work, Shobana loves spending time in reading and listening to music. Also, she is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi and a Graduate Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI), Kolkata.
