“Vision to help people, clarity of thought process during the execution of work, and ability to inspire through the kind of work done are the significant characteristics of a leader,” opines the newly appointed Global Head for Delivery and the Head of the Chennai center at UST Global, Krishna Prasad. As the Chennai center head, Prasad spearheads operational excellence and leadership development, while being the local point of contact for UST Global.

Prasad has over 20 years of experience in the field of technology and business consulting. Prior to his current role, he served as a General Manager, Strategy and Services, where he led GAMA (G A Menon Academy) and was responsible for competency development within UST. Earlier to this, Prasad was responsible for the business development function. His past associations include Infosys, IBM Consulting Services based in the US, Global Conductor Solutions Group, and PwC Consulting. He has a passion for applying technology to transform business and has played leadership roles in client delivery, account management, and business development, serving clients in various parts of the world.

Prasad did his B.E. (Hons.) in electrical engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and holds an M.B.A. in finance from The Ohio State University in the U.S.
