Concur Technologies, Inc. is a provider of business services and software solutions that automate corporate expense management solutions.
Concur reported revenue for the first quarter of fiscal 2006 of $19.3 million, which was driven by 26 percent year-over-year growth in subscription revenue. Total revenue for the quarter was up 18 percent from the corresponding quarter last year. Fiscal 2006 first quarter net income was $0.6 million, or $0.02 per share, which was $0.04 per share higher than the company expected. This compares to net income of $0.5 million, or $0.01 per share, in the corresponding quarter last year.
“Our business and market momentum continues to be strong as revenue and earnings were once again ahead of our expectations,” said Steve Singh, chairman and chief executive officer. “As we chart our course for the next several years, our objective is to drive even faster growth. To that end, we expect to continue to invest against our core initiatives around distribution, service and operational excellence, and new services.
Moving forward, we expect to deliver additional services as we continue to set the pace of innovation in the CEM market.”
