Aujas Networks raises Rs.33 Crores in its series B Funding

Bangalore based Aujas Networks, a Global Information Risk Management (IRM) services company, has raised Rs. 33 crores in its series B round of funding from Rajasthan Venture Capital Fund (RVCF), IvyCap Ventures and IDG Ventures. The company plans to use the funding to strengthen the company\'s presence in North America, South Asia and the Middle East thereby enabling to establish itself globally as the fastest growing company in the information risk management and security services domain, globally.

Founded in 2008, the company was incubated by IDG ventures as part of an entrepreneur in residence (EIR) program with seed funding from IDG Ventures. The company has grown to be one of the largest pure-play security services company in India with over 300 customers\'world over, Aujas offers Information Risk Management (IRM) services which span strategy and advisory, control integration & sustenance and optimization and also provides technology life-cycle services including strategy and design, control integration, sustenance and optimization services in the area of information risk.

Partnering with organizations, Aujas is looking to invest in strong security compliance initiatives to enable business growth and meet regulatory requirements. \"Aujas is in a very strong position with a fundamentally unique and differentiated approach to IT risk management.
