Relying solely on books has never been the forte of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS). Situated in the economic capital of India, this Mumbai based institute deploys the case study methodology and physical research from the city markets as the foundation for proffering managerial knowledge to its students. JBIMS was established in 1965 as a Department of University of Mumbai in collaboration with Graduate School of Business, Stanford University, and its academic programs comprise of Masters in Management Studies, MBA in HR, and Finance amongst several others.

The Catalyst Forum and Strategym are the JBIMS key attractions that bring in the industrial leaders, B-Schools and business enthusiasts together while they approach the prevailing industrial issues with contemporary solutions. The institute pedagogy heavily depends on the mentor module where the seniors and corporate professionals help the faculty in imparting practical knowledge to the students in form of workshops and live projects, which have also witnessed the involvement of top industrial names like HUL, P&G, Nestle and several others.

Sprawling across 1.77 acres of land, JBIMS is situated in the heart of Mumbai’s corporate sector with lush facilities of a well equipped library stacked with 40, 000 volumes of books, huge auditorium and IT enabled classrooms.
