The world's largest airline, grappling with EBITDA mandates despite significant investments in engagements with the likes of MBBs and Big 4s, turned to HEX for an IT Portfolio Optimization strategy. Once onboarded, HEX focused on developing and implementing a comprehensive roadmap, identifying opportunities and securing benefits by finding inefficiencies in its existing IT portfolio which enabled the swift establishment of a fully bootstrapped GCC in India. A Fortune 100 Food & Petcare multinational engaged HEX for a Finance & Accounting Transformation and Outsourcing Program in its European veterinary care subsidiary. HEX secured $16.2M in savings by pioneering a technology-enabled "arbitrage-last" model, diverging from the classic "arbitrage-first" approach.
