Xiaomi's Most Awaited Redmi Note 3 Launched in India


With the advent of the hexa-core processor, one can just press his finger gently on the sensor and unlock the device in less than 0.3 seconds which is convenient than typing passwords and patterns. The smartphone comes with a brilliant 16MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. The camera is equipped with majestic features like phase detection auto-focus (PDAF) for faster focusing, as well as local tone mapping, for adjusting contrast at a pixel level to deliver images with better contrast levels.

On the battery aspects of the phone, Redmi Note 3 is powered by a 690Wh/L high-density 4050mAh battery, which is massive. The company claims that with the innovative internal design, Redmi Note 3 weighs just 164g and measures 8.65mm despite the massive battery. The device also supports 5V/2A Qualcomm Quick Charge technology, charging up to 50% in one hour and taking only three hours for a full charge.

Redmi Note 3 smartphone supports all Indian LTE bands including LTE Band 5 which allows users to fully utilize the Voice over LTE (VoLTE) technology. It supports 3G and 4G Networks and it has connectivity options like Blurtooth 4.1, Bluetooth HID, Wi-Fi Display and sensors like Electronic Compass, gravity Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Light Sensor, Gyroscope and Hall Sensor. Redmi Note 3 supports video formats like MP4, M4V, MKV, XVID, ASF and audio formats like AAC, MP3, AMR, FLAC, APE, APE, WAV.

According to Xiaomi, during the initial stage of its launch, Redmi Note 3 will be available exclusively on Amazon.in and Mi.com.
