Why Not to Buy a Low-Cost Tablet?

As we all know processor is, it is an important feature through which we judge the performance of the tablet. Not all processors are made same even if they are of same manufacturer. For example Qualcomm has many processors in the name of Snapdragon S1, S2 and many more. If S1 and S2 processors both have a clock speed of 1 GHz still they differ when it comes to performance because of the cache memory. The performance is depends on how much cache memory it contains which GPU is being used and overall how well the processor is optimized.
There are many other processors makers like Rockchip, MIPS and Alwinner which are also used in low cost tablets. These chipsets are not at all comparable with the Qualcomm or Nvidia processor. Though these chipsets offer 1.2 GHz clock speed they might perform worse than 800 MHz processor of Qualcomm.
