The Asus ZenFone 2 is the "industry's first smartphone" with 4GB of RAM and is powered by a 64-bit Intel Atom Z3580 quad-core processor running at 2.3GHz. It will be available with 2GB RAM and another with 4GB ram. Both the versions will have an expandable memory up to 64 GB.
It will run on Google's Android 5.0 Lollipop and features a large 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) IPS display offering a pixel density of 403ppi with a protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The smartphone sports a 13MP primary and 5 MP front cameras.
