Ultrabook Buying Guide: 6 Things to Notice

Screen Size and Resolution are Important

The first batch of ultrabooks mostly sported 13-inch screen, the main intention was to compete with the 13-inch Macbook Air. But the latest range of ultarbooks comes with wide screen sizes ranging from 14-inch to 15-inch.  HP Envy 14 Spectre with its 14-inch screen and the Samsung Series 9 ultrabooks with its 15-inch LCD screen are the best example to quote.

Before going for screen sizes, makes sure to note down the screen resolution. A screen with 1600 x 900 pixels is preferable to 1366 x 768 as the former gives better clarity and detailed pictures. Also see that the panel of the device is wide enough to offer wide-viewing angles so that you don’t have to adjust the lid often to get the clear view.
