Two new Motorola smartphones, XT720, Backflip released in India
Bangalore: Motorola has arrived in the Indian shores with its latest offering of two new Android based smartphones, the Milestone XT720 and the Backflip. The XT720 is priced at 
34,990 while the Backflip is priced at 22,990.
The Milestone comes with a 8MP camera with XENON flash and a 3.7 inch touch screen display. It also supports HD video recording. It is being claimed that the device is the slimmest 8MP Android smartphone till date. The connectivity options comprise of 3G, Wi-Fi, WLAN, Bluetooth and USB 2.0. Its memory can be expanded up to 32GB and comes with 8GB memory.
The Backflip, running on Android 1.5 OS, features a reverse-flip design and has a that allows the QWERTY keyboard to flip underneath for working in tabletop mode. It also incorporates the Backtrack feature which is a touch panel located on the other side of the device. The device has a 5MP camera and connectivity options include GPS, Bluetooth, 3G.
