This app opens up faster than any of the third-party apps though the default app is still the quickest one. Manual offers good sliding controls for shutter speed and light sensitivity.

On the top bar, it comes with controls for manual focus and white balance modes which include a temperature control slider and a flash. The best part about the app is the live histogram just above the bottom panel, which helps you see if the image will be well-lit or under or over-exposed. But on the downside, this app lacks editing controls where another app should do the job for you.
