The smartphone was launched alongside the Vivo V3, and is priced at Rs 23,980. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with a 5-inch HD display. With inbuilt 3GB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, it packs an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor. Viva V3 Max also hosts a 13MP rear camera with additional 8MP front facing camera for quality pictures. The 3000mAh battery provides extended support to the phone.

February launched Gionee S6 also enters the list of the most costly Chinese smartphones with price range of Rs 19,999. Gionee S6 is powered by Amigo UI on top of Android 5.1 Lollipop and it sports a 5.5 inch HD display. The smartphone hosts octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor with 3GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory. The internal memory can be further expanded via a microSD card and the camera feature highlights a 13MP rear and a 5MP front facing lens.
