The Transformer Pad Infinity comes in two variants- a WiFi only model and a 3G+Wi-Fi model. The WiFi only model is powered by Nvidia Tegra 3 T33 quad-core 1.6 GHz processor and has an internal memory of 32/64 GB and the 3G+WiFi model is powered by Qualcomm MSM 8960 Snapdragon S4 Krait dual-core 1.5 Ghz processor and has an internal 16/32/64 GB.

Both the models run on Android 4.0 and come with 10.1 inch 1920x1200 pixels FHD Super IPS display, 8 MP rear camera and a 2 MP front camera.
