Noida based Apple group’s Zync launched its first Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich tablet-‘Zync Z-990’ with a price tag of 8,990. The 7 inch tablet is powered by a single core 1.2 GHz Vivant GC340 processor, 1 GB of RAM and runs on Android 4.0. Other features are; 7 inch capacitive touchscreen display with 480x800 pixels of resolution, 4 GB internal storage, can be expandable up to 32 GB via microSD cards, 0.3 MP front facing camera for video calls and chats, full USB 2.0 port, micro-HDMI port and micro USB port for connectivity.

The Mercury mTab features a 7 inch touchscreen display, runs on Android 2.3 operating system and is powered by 1.2 GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM-32 GB of expandable memory. It comes with G-sensor screen rotation for 3D G-games. The tablet has a 1.3 MP camera, Wi-Fi and an optional external 3G dongle.
