Sony launched the Xperia P in MWC 2012 and the device recently hit the Indian market. The Xperia P comes with aluminum uni-body and sports 4 inch touchscreen with Reality Display powered by Mobile Bravia Engine for ultra-bright display.

The device is powered with 1GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system (can be upgradable to ICS). Other features includes 16 GB of internal memory, 8 MP of rear camera and supports connectivity options like microUSB 2.0, HDMI port, NFC, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

The Xperia Sola entered the Indian smartphone market in May 2012. Xperia Sola is the first smartphone to feature floating display technology. This technology allows you to scroll the web pages without actually touching the display. You just need to hover your finger over the screen and the device will recognize the gesture and decodes it into action.

The device is powered with 1 GHz STE U8500 dual-core processor, 512 MB of RAM and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. It comes with 3.7 inch Reality Display with Mobile Bravia Engine for ultra-bright display and has scratch resistant glass.
