Techcom unveils seven mobile models in Bangalore

Bangalore: Techcom has launched seven different models of Dual Sim phones in Bangalore today in different price ranges, starting from RS.1, 500 to
4,000. The seven models include T-21, T-31, T-33, T-51, T-55, T-60, and TQ-21. Techcom had already launched these mobile phones in Patna, Lucknow and Kolkata. For the first time they have unveiled these models in southern India.
T-21 is a basic mobile with 1.8 inch TFT screen, 8 GB internal memory, 500 numbers phone book storage capacity, 850mAh battery with features like audio player MP3, video player MP4, 3.5mm jack, FM Radio, GPRS and Torch.T-31 has 1.8 inch TFT screen , 1000 mAh Battery, dual memory card slots, digital camera audio and video player and recorder. It has also features like Anti Theft and Indian Calender.T-33 also has 1.8 inch TFT screen ,1.3 MP camera,8 GB memory card, with features like Audio and Video player ,FM Radio ,Torch, Personal Data Security etc.
T-51 has 2.0 inch LCD screen, with 100 numbers phone book storage facility, 1350 mAh Battery, Dual memory card that supports 8GB internal memory and Bluetooth and GPRS services.
The next model T-55 is supported by YAMAHA. It supports 8GB Dual HOT SWAP Memory Card .It has 2.2 inch LCD screen, VGA camera, MP4 Video player and Recorder, 1000 mAh Battery. T-60 has come with a stylish design with 2.4 inch QVGA LCD screen, 1500 mAh Battery and also featured with video player, 1.3 MP camera, and GPRS service.
TQ-21 comes with QWERTY Keys with Dolphin Design. It supports social network like Face Book, Tweeter and also MSN, JAVA and Trackpad. It is embedded with 2.2 inch QVGA screen, 1.3 MP camera, MP4 3GP video player, 1200 mAh Battery and also featured with GPRS and Bluetooth services.
Techcom has more than thirty five service center in Karnataka and 150 service centers in India. They are planning to expand the number of service centers to 400 in six months. They are also planning to invest about RS.100 crore for brand building over the next three years nationally, where Karnataka would be allocated with 10 percent of the budget. They are expecting five lakh units to be sold in one year.
